Cirklo is a spin-off from Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência, based in Portugal. It was born from the need of optimizing equipment management and to give an extra-institute life for service and products developed. We focus our activity on resource management based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and developing/integrating hardware for scientific proposes.

AgendoNext is the product of years of experience in a research environment. It reflects the need to share and optimize expensive to acquire and to run resources. More than a resource scheduler, Agendo allows facility managers to configure and monitor any type of resource. As core facility managers ourselves, we understand the need of a tool that can adapt to the fast evolving research environment.

A previous version of Agendo was released as open source, under the EUPL license. Cirklo no longer develops or supports this version. However, if you want to give it a try, feel free to download it from our GitHub page. Just follow the links below for a comprehensive installation tutorial. Note that this version of Agendo is provided as is, with no warranties of any kind.
